A fitness class designed for boxers. We combine TRX, Battle Rope, HIIT and functional bodyweight exercises to improve speed, strength and flexibility.
Kick and Thai
Small group boxing class with a great community of international people. Beginner and Intermediate. We combine Kick- and Thai boxing techniques for a great cardio and strength workout.
Hey everyone, Well I can say that this training was one of the best trainings I ever had in my life. I like first training so much, that I took one more. I use to train MMA and can say that Robert knows what is he doing so I recomend him to everyone who wants to learn how to box and thom who thise already know. Definitely worth the workout on vacay! I got to release some endorphins while enjoying a great view. Robert was very accommodating, nice, motivating, and helped making my trip worth while. Would def recommend for anyone looking to do a fun workout in Barcelona!
